Eastern | Back in my old hometown to celebrate Eastern with the family. It felt so familiar to come back, meet some old friends and just to have a good time.
Meanwhile I'm organising everything for my examination, did some shootings and planned the next trip to Munich.
There is a lot to do in the upcoming weeks and month so I had to produce some content before it is getting to stressful.
today I would like to present a pretty comfortable look to you. It is preppy inspired and combines 2 pieces that I'm wearing nearly everyday: blue jeans and polo shirt (if you don't know yet I'm a dentist in the making so I'm wearing polo shirts like every day at university).
In combination with a tie, a blazer and some simple sneakers you are turning this pretty simple look into a comfortable more fashionable outfit.

Sundays | Sundays were always my least favourite day of the weekend. It is always the day before Monday what always brought my to get some things done for the follwing week.
Sundays are as well those days to leave home to drive back to university.
This outfit I'm showing you today is one of my favourite travelling outfits. It is fine while travelling by train and as well in the airplane, because of the thin layers.
I decided to combine my iconic Burberry trenchoat with a simple white shirt, blue jeans and my Gucci mokassins.
This is the perfect look for travelling because it keeps you warm enough so you don't get a cold from the air condition and it is as well easy to take something off when it is too warm.
The Louis Vuitton Keepall 55 is the perfect travel buddy, because it is the largest carry-on baggage you can always bring to a flight.

 Tian |  J'adore Dior! This is one of the most iconic advertising slogan of the industry and I have to admit I became a big fan of Dior Homme as well. Kris van Asche is doing an amazing job and led the neglected male collection of the french luxury label to modernity.
One of my absolute favourite pieces was this simple blue sweater with the red "Tian Dior" embroidery. It was pretty tough to get one of these sweaters because every boutique only had one sweater in each size. I was so lucky that the boutique in Düsseldorf had only one left and it was my size. So I did not hesitate and bought it directly.
This is the result. It became one of my favourite pieces of my wardrobe. I decided to combine it with a simple white Givenchy shirt, my brand new Herrlicher jeans and my monster slipper by Fendi.

Fit | Summer is getting closer even when the temperature outside is still super cold.  After the Christmas period and a stressful start into the new year I decided to change something. I have to admit that I ate a lot of fries and pizza during the time of my exams and thats why I put on about 4 kg.
I didn't feel pretty well during this time and got a little depressed by all the pressure I had because of university, exminations, my dissertation, fashion week and my blog.
So I banned all unhealthy items from my fridge and substitute them with healthy food.
Well I'm still not ready for this summer season but I wanted to share my efforts with you to show you that it is not that hard to feel well.
First of all loosing weight does not mean that you have to do a diet. I realized that I got the best efforts by changing my nutrition plan. It is all about regular mealtimes, a lot of proteins and less carbs.
Besides I am doing sports more regularly (2 - 3 times a week) like jogging, personal training and sometimes swimming. That was definitely the hardest part for me because it was pretty tough to motivat myself when I got home after university.
The first 2 weeks I had to clench my teeth but now it became a part of my routine.


Some personal hints for the nutrition plan:

1. Replace candy and nibbles by vegetables (for example a small tin of peas and carrots)

2. Eat more regularly (breakfast - lunch - snack - dinner)

3. Replace animal fats by olive oil for cooking

4. It is all about the right dorsage of carbs , best are high fibre products (like peas, lentils, couscous, quinoa)

5. Try to eat less carbs in the evening but more proteins (smoked trout is my absolute favourite for the evening)

6. Eat more fruits like apples, passions fruit, berries (one exception: bananas because they contain a lot of carbs and sugar)

7. Have a cheat day! One day a week you should eat whatever you like to prevent a yo-yo effect and to reward yourself

8. Avocado, passion fruit, chili, cayenne pepper, lemon and ginger: these products will help you on your way



How does my nutrition plan look like?

 - 7am: for breakfast I am having a smoothie and a passion fruit

- 1pm: Lunchtime, a piece of fish filet (tuna or salmon) or crustasceans with couscous, lentils or rice, grilled vegetables (green squash, eggplant, red peppers or mushrooms)

- 4pm: snack, tin of peas and carrots or low fat yoghurt with berries and some stevia instead of caster sugar

- 6pm: dinner, smoked trout and avocado salad

Online | Perhabs you have already seen on Instagram that I'm super busy at the moment. That's also why I had not the time to write some new blogposts. I'm in my last year at university and my final exams are coming closer. But I that does not mean that my blog should suffer because of that.
Next week I'm going to shoot some outfits so keep watching out for some new pictures. I hope you'll like them.
Nonetheless fashion and lifestyle belongs to my daily life and so online shopping does as well. That's why I thought to present you my favourite four designers at the moment and in conjunction with the best online picks I would love to have in my wardrobe.
Besides I'm already looking for the perfect vacation after the examination. I had Mexico on my mind and I'll present you my thoughts in another blogpost.

Like I  already told you a few posts before I teamed up with the Swiss brand Rubirosa for Fashion Week.
Today I like to share my Rubirosa sneaker inspired streetstyle look.
The combination of classy and casual style is what this sneaker is about so I decided to mix those attributes together. The result can be seen in the pictures above and below.
I wore a simple jeans in combination with a made to measure shirt by Shirtonomy (click here to read the whole article), and a destroyed khaki sweater, which became one of my favourite items of this season.
To top the whole look I put on my new Rubirosa black Ariza sneakers, a black leather bracelet and my beloved everydays watch , the Rolex Yachtmaster.
