Today it's time for the second part of the Traveller Report.
I'm going to tell you something about my one of my favorite cities in the world: Cannes.
This little city at the Côte d'Azur is well know for its film festival and is the epitome for European luxury.

Next summer I'll plan to spend my vacation there again and I'm totally looking forward.

The best hotels to stay in Cannes are the Majestic Barrière, Martinez or Carlton.

All three of these hotels are due to the Croisette and do all have a breathtaking view on the whole bay.

There are a lot of opportunities what to do in Cannes

1.Shopping à la Croisette:

A huge number of international high fashion stores and jewelers are located there.

À la Croisette are stores like: Chanel, Hermès, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Prada, Miumiu, Céline, Balenciaga, Christian Lacroix, Saint Laurent Paris, Dolce & Gabbana, Brioni, Gianfranco Ferre, Bottega Venetta, Ralph Lauren, Burberry, Ferragamo, Escada, Boss, Jimmy Choo, Santoni, Zegna, Cartier, Chopard, Bulgari, Vertu, Wempe, Boucheron, Breguet.

2.Watersport:
You can charter a yacht, doing some waterskiing, paragliding or you can try to defeat the waves with a jet ski.

3. Having lunch/dinner:
My favorite place to stay for lunch or dinner is the FELIX.
All dishes are like pieces of art and they are not only eye candy.
The taste of all those little details in combination are giving you chills all over your body.
 "Flavor firecracker" is the perfect description.

Another advice is to try all these little restaurants at the old harbor.
One of my favorite typical French fish restaurants is Au Mal Assis.
At this restaurant I had my best bouillabaisse that I've ever ate.

4.At night: 

A walk after dinner at the marina is the perfect beginning of the evening.

Than you should have a glass of champagne on the terrace of the Carlton.
After enjoying the wonderful sunset you can decide to go to the Casino or in one of the fantastic night clubs like the VIP Room or Gotha.

A little hint: avoid to go to the public beaches.

La plage privée is much better!
Especially the landing stage of the Majestic is a great place to relax and enjoy the maritime atmosphere.
