'It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas'. This famous line of Johnny Mathis lyrics describes best the current situation seen all over the world. People are busily searching for the special present for their beloved ones, the Christmas markets spread their roasted almonds scent all over the cities and Mariah Carey is still searching for 'Santa Claus who is coming to town'.

And all of this is what this magical time of the year is about. 

Especially for me this Christmas turned into a very exciting experience. I'm very proud to announce the cooperation with one of the biggest luxury watch & jewelry companies of the world: Chopard.

My Holiday Issue shoot took place at the prestigious Excelsior Hotel Ernst in Cologne. It definitely was the perfect location because it stands for everything Chopard is well known for. High quality, luxury & elegance.

I'm presenting three different outfits to you with the perfect accessories by Chopard! For all the ladies who are still looking for the perfect gift for a sophisticated gentleman have a look at the following pieces.

For me & my family Christmas is always a very special time of the year and so we are dressed up.

In this case I decided to wear a classy blue tuxedo with black reverse & bow tie.

It's simply the first idea I had in my mind while thinking about this Christmas issue with Chopard.

And so I went to the Cologne boutique and searched for the perfect watch for this outfit.

I toally fell in love with the elegant restraint of the L.U.C XP. It's 18c white Gold clock case & the crocodile leather bracelet turn this watch into an all-time classic. In combination with the black Wings Tourbillion cufflinks & the Racing Fountain Pen you got the perfect outfit for Christmas Eve or New Years Eve.

When you are looking for a more casual chic combination for Boxing Day I would propose a blazer with flannel pants & a hat to fight the moody December weather.

On the pictures below you can see the little but exquisite bar of Hotel Excelsior. You can definitely feel the heritage in here and the warm atmosphere let the time passes by so quickly. It  felt like going back in time and that's why I decided to wear this dandy-inspired look.
